Scope
This policy governs how Tandem Studio handles information, digital assets, proprietary concepts, and data shared by individuals, businesses, and organizations during freelance development, consulting, and partnership engagements.
Mutual Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat all client relationships, project scopes, unreleased software concepts, source code repositories, API keys, and business documentation as strictly confidential:
- Protection of Client Assets: We will not disclose, share, publicly display, or resell any proprietary business concepts, designs, or technical assets provided by the client without explicit written consent.
- Staging & Test Data: Any data provided by the client for testing, staging, or database population during development will be stored securely, accessed solely by active project developers, and purged upon project handover.
- Publicity & Portfolio Rights: Unless the client explicitly requests a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) overriding this clause, Tandem Studio reserves the right to showcase the completed, publicly launched website or application in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
Communication & Project Data
We store communication threads, design files (e.g., Figma), code repositories, and contract documentation securely on cloud infrastructure to facilitate collaboration. This data is never shared with third parties or utilized for outside projects.
